We are seeking an Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team and drive business growth by following up on leads from architectural specification listing services.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an Inside Sales Outreach Representative, preferably with a construction background, to join our team. As an Inside Sales Outreach Representative, you will be responsible for following up on the many inquiries made by architects, designers, builders, and construction companies on the many architectural and specification listing services we subscribe to.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary focus will be to engage potential customers and nurture leads generated from architectural and specification listing services. You will play a vital role in building strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and decision-makers, showcasing the value of our products, and driving sales conversions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outbound calls and emails to follow up on leads obtained from architectural directories.
  • Understanding potential customers' needs and requirements, and effectively communicating how our products meet their needs.
  • Providing product information, technical specifications, and support to potential customers/specifiers.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
  • Assisting in sales forecasting and reporting on sales performance metrics.
  • Maintain Eide’s best interests in business dealings through professional and ethical conduct.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED accredited minimum education requirement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to achieve sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of architectural products and the construction industry (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Physical, drug and alcohol testing are required of all persons offered employment.
